Arnaud House Kiosk

In Sathonay-Camp, on the outskirts of Lyon, MAISON ARNAUD – Bakery Pastry Catering called on Wooki to support the development of a seasonal snacking activity, in addition to its bakery-pastry and catering offering.

In this context, a kiosk was rented for a period of six months, from April to October, and placed directly in front of the establishment, at 36 Boulevard Castellane. The objective was to create a space dedicated to snacks, while structuring a welcoming terrace in order to increase seating capacity and enhance the visibility of the establishment.

This installation has allowed the development of a fast-food offering adapted to warmer weather, improved customer flow between the shop and the outside, and created a more welcoming on-site experience. The kiosk has thus given the establishment a new dimension, showcasing its expertise beyond the traditional bakery setting.

Designed as a turnkey, temporary and quickly operational solution , this rental allowed Maison Arnaud to test and develop a complementary activity without heavy investment, while adapting to seasonal constraints and the urban environment.

This project illustrates the relevance of the kiosk as a flexible growth tool for artisans wishing to boost their point of sale, develop a terrace and expand their offering over a targeted period.
