Capitelles Winegrowers' Kiosk

Within the cellar of the cooperative Les Vignerons des Capitelles – Caveau d'Euzet, this kiosk project was conceived as a true tool for animation and enhancement of the place, at the crossroads of conviviality, tasting and events.

During the spring and summer seasons, this initiative creates a welcoming outdoor café, fostering a friendly atmosphere for the public, introducing them to the cooperative's wines, and creating opportunities for sharing in an authentic setting. The offering is further enhanced by the sale of charcuterie platters and accompaniments, designed to elevate the tasting experience and encourage visitors to extend their time on site.

The kiosk also incorporates hot food preparation equipment, allowing for the offering of simple and delicious recipes, adapted to events and peak periods of attendance, while maintaining smooth and controlled operation.

Outside of the summer period, the structure remains fully operational during key moments and emblematic events, such as Beaujolais Nouveau, lively evenings, themed tastings or festive gatherings organized by the cooperative.
