Yaba Kiosk, Matabiau Station, Toulouse

At Toulouse Matabiau station, Wooki supported the installation of a food kiosk for Yaba Food, the new concept of chef Laurence Seri, already behind the Yaba restaurant and the Stand'Grill food truck in Toulouse.

The project is based on a fully equipped Wooki kiosk, configured to meet the concept's requirements and ensure high service throughput in a high-traffic environment. The interior layout was designed for smooth and efficient operation, with professional equipment adapted for rapid preparation, optimized storage, and ergonomically organized workstations.

The installation also required adherence to strict technical and regulatory constraints, particularly regarding safety, accessibility, and architectural integration. Specific guidelines related to colors and the kiosk's visual integration into its surroundings were taken into account to ensure harmonious integration into the station forecourt.

Today, the Yaba Food enhances the dining options at Toulouse Matabiau train station with a fast-casual concept inspired by West African flavors. This project illustrates Wooki's ability to support brands with a strong culinary identity in strategic locations, without compromising operational performance or brand image.
