In Bayonne, Wooki participated in the design of the temporary market halls set up on the Roland-Barthes esplanade, as part of a tender launched by the City of Bayonne. The objective was to allow several restaurateurs to continue their business during the 11 months of renovation work on the historic market halls, while creating a new, welcoming, and authentic outdoor dining space that reflects the Basque Country's identity.

To accommodate Taloka and its tapas bar concept , Wooki installed a Wooki 6000 food kiosk , fully equipped to meet the demands of daily professional operation. Its generous size offers a true workspace while maintaining a footprint suitable for this type of temporary installation in the city center.

The interior layout of the module was designed around Taloka's specific needs, with professional equipment, optimized storage, and a functional organization of the various workstations. The goal was to enable fast and seamless service, while offering customers the experience of a real restaurant despite the temporary nature of the installation.

The kiosk's exterior integration also contributes to the overall atmosphere of the temporary market halls, designed as a living and dining space . This project demonstrates that a temporary structure can offer both excellent operating conditions, a strong visual identity, and seamless integration into its urban environment.
