The Pasta House Kiosk

In Monaco, on the Place d'Armes, Wooki assisted with the installation of a food kiosk for La Maison des Pâtes, a true Monegasque institution specializing in fresh Italian pasta. This project is part of a lease of more than a year, implemented during the renovation of the brand's indoor corner within the Halles de la Condamine.

The installed kiosk is a Wooki 4500, configured to handle very high customer traffic, with over 200 meals served per day. The main challenge was to guarantee optimal business continuity without compromising production capacity or service quality.

Particular attention was paid to theinterior design , with the integration ofspecific equipment adapted to large volumes: reinforced storage, optimized shelving, professional pasta warmers, and ergonomic workstation layout. Up to 6 people can work simultaneously inside the kiosk, ensuring smooth operations, speed of execution, and user comfort.

Today, the La Maison des Pâtes is fully integrated into the dynamics of the Place d'Armes and allows the brand to maintain its level of requirements and service throughout the duration of the works, illustrating the relevance of a high-performing and sustainable modular rental solution.
