So Crousty Kiosk

In Toulouse, in the heart of a food court located in the immediate vicinity of a university, Wooki supported the deployment of a food kiosk for the So Crousty brand, a concept specializing in crispy chicken, particularly popular with the student public.

The project involved installing a 15 m² kiosk designed to handle high daily traffic, particularly during lunchtime. The main challenge was to deliver a fully operational, turnkey solution within a tight timeframe to be ready for the start of the academic year in September.

Thanks to close coordination between design, manufacturing, and installation, the kiosk was set up in less than 30 days, incorporating a professional kitchen adapted to the high volume of customers and the demands of a food court environment.
Today, the So Crousty kiosk is fully integrated into the site's dynamics and effectively meets the growing demand for this type of food service, confirming the value of a high-performance, modular solution that can be deployed quickly.
