In Monaco, on the Place d'Armes, Wooki supported the installation of a food kiosk for Truffle Bistrotconcept bistronomic Italian cuisine showcasing truffle-based products, presented in focaccias, pintzas , and a selection of Italian tapas upscale
This installation was carried out as part of a long-term lease, implemented during the indoor location the brand's Halles de la Condamine.

The project is based on a Wooki 4500 kiosk, configured to ensure sustained activity while maintaining a premium positioning and a refined customer experience. The objective was to allow Truffle Bistrot to maintain its culinary identity and high standards in a high-traffic outdoor environment, without any disruption to operations.

The kiosk's interior layout was designed for smooth and efficient operation, with professional equipment adapted for rapid preparation, optimized storage, and ergonomically organized workstations.
This configuration allows a small team to operate under optimal conditions, while guaranteeing regularity, speed of execution, and consistent quality in the dishes served.

Today, the Truffle Bistrot is fully integrated into the Place d'Armes' dynamic and represents a high-quality, coherent extension of the original concept throughout the construction period. This project illustrates Wooki's ability to support brands with a strong culinary identity, on a rental basis, without compromising on performance or brand image.
